Scope
We come out and walk it with you. Not a drive-by, not a satellite photo.
We measure. We look at grade, property line, trees, drainage, where the gate has to swing, and what the HOA is going to say about it.
Every problem on a job is cheaper here than it is later. A root you find at the scope is a route around it. A root you find on install day is a change order.
Scoping is where a job gets built. The rest is labor.
Quote
You get one number for the finished job.
Not a per-foot rate that grows. Not a base price with materials to be determined. A lump sum for the thing you asked for, in writing, with the scope attached to it.
We don't hand you a spreadsheet with forty lines and a total at the bottom. You aren't buying pickets. You're buying a fence.
A change order should mean you changed your mind — not that we missed something.
A quote you can't compare isn't a quote. It's a deposit request.
Build
The same crew that walked it builds it. Ours are the same people, job to job — not a pool of subs bid out per project.
One point of contact the whole way. The person who scoped your job runs it on-site, so when you call, you reach someone who has already stood in your yard.
We start when we say we'll start. We finish before we start something else.
Last day, we walk it together. Anything on that list is ours before we pull off.
You should have to think about us twice. Quote day and walkthrough day.

Questions we actually get
Asked and answered.
- Do you use pressure-treated posts?
- No. They rot in ground contact. A fence set on them looks identical the day it goes up and starts leaning by year six, and a leaning fence gets replaced, not repaired. We don't use them.
- Do I need a permit?
- Depends on the city and what you're building. Patio covers and exterior room conversions usually do. Fences sometimes do. We find out during the scope and pull what's required — an unpermitted structure comes back at resale, long after the crew is gone.
- Will you give me an itemized quote?
- No. You get one number for the finished job, with the scope attached in writing. You aren't buying pickets. You're buying a fence.
- Who actually shows up to build it?

- What happens if something was missed in the quote?
- A change order should mean you changed your mind, not that we missed something. That's why the scope takes as long as it does.
- Do you deal with the HOA?
- We check what they'll allow before we quote, so the fence you approve is the fence that gets to stay up.
- How far do you travel?
